Big Aristotle DIPA ABV: 8.4 IBUs: 99
Big, juicy, and tropical. Loaded up with El Dorado, Chinook, Topaz, Centennial, and Simcoe. Huge IPA, great hop flavor and aroma, unfiltered for maximum dankness. “Excellence is not a singular act, but a habit. You are what you repeatedly do.” -Shaq aka Big Aristotle, paraphrasing Aristotle.
KABLAM! IPA ABV: 6.7% IBUs: 88
Big and juicy IPA with strong citrus and tropical flavors. Huge whirlpool and dry-hopping with the Australian hop Ella and the German hop Mandarina Bavaria. Mosaic makes an appearance as well. Restrained malt bill of Pilsner, 2-Row, and Golden Naked Oats lets the hops come to the storefront.
White Nitro Cream Ale ABV: 5% IBUs: 15.5
Smooth, full-bodied, and creamy session beer. Heidelberg Pilsner malts lay down a soft base, and Briess Goldpils Vienna malts provide a uniquely rich but dry malt complexity. Very low bitterness leaves room for a slight burst of hop flavor from the Centennial addition in the whirlpool. Awesomely enjoyable and super smooth nitrogen texture.
Elwood Brown ABV: 5.2% IBUs: 19
Mellow, malty, full-flavored, slightly roasty, and smooth. Four different types of UK barley malt impart a biscuity, layered, and substantial malt base. Mt Hood, Northern Brewer, and Chinook hops create balance.
