Chef Matt Towle and Chef Ryan LaMunyon will be collaborating on a celebratory feast for the ages. The Thirsty Pig will be transformed for this one night special event. This event will not be airing the election, in fact we discourage any political banter for the whole magical evening. 

First Course: Allagash - Double U

Scallop Ceviche, cilantro, red onion, candied jalapeno with microgreen salad

Second Course: Maine Beer Co, Beer V

Steam bun, slow roasted pork, pickled pumpkin rind, cilantro kewpie

Intermezzo with entertainment.

Third Course: Bissell Brothers, Substance

Grilled Yakisoba, homemade “Chinese” sausage, brussels sprouts, apple scallion kimchi

Fourth Course: Shipyard, Fire Berry Tea

Chiffon cake, lemon curd with macerated fresh raspberries and vanilla buttercream frosting, sprinkled with Shipyard Fire Berry Tea gummy beers!
